Our Bed and Breakfast features six comfortable and
uniquely appointed guest rooms. The Inn offers wireless internet access for all guests who absolutely must stay connected!

The rates are as follows:

A full country breakfast is included in the price of your stay. You will be served with such breakfast delights as fresh fruit, wonderful home baked cakes and muffins.  Main breakfast courses may include homemade banana nut buttermilk pancakes - French toast encrusted with a special ingredient to provide that county flair, sausage strata, waffles, omelets ...etc.  Tea, coffee and other beverages, as well as home baked snacks are available throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received less than 4 days before your stay is to begin (7 days for holidays) will be charged the full amount for all nights and rooms booked. We understand that unforeseen situations may develop and if we are able to rebook your room, you will only by charged the cancellation fee of $25.

The Apple Valley Inn is a non-smoking Inn. Guests wishing to smoke are offered designated locations on our veranda. We appreciate your cooperation so all guests can enjoy their stay.
